David Scott McDougall

Producer/Director/Chief Creative

David Scott has over 10 years of experience creating content for international non-profits and top non-fiction brands like National Geographic, Discovery, Smithsonian, PBS, and many more. He is motivated by social justice issues because he believes that the only real solutions to the problems our world faces have to begin with changing the geography of the human heart. Jeremy Stuart

Editor/Producer/Chief Creative

Jeremy has over 25 years of film experience editing content for Lucasfilm, National Geographic, Discovery, Smithsonian, Yamaha, Virgin America, Sony Playstation, Acura, Dolby Labs, and GoPro. He has also edited videos for top musicians such as The Dave Matthews Band, Blind Melon, and Spin Doctors, amongst others. His feature documentary work includes editing Sharkwater, (winner of 31 festival awards), as well as directing and editing Class Dismissed, (screened in over 20 countries). Gloria Martinez

Gloria has developed her passion for visual storytelling by working on fiction and non-fiction videos. With this media, she hopes to present new perspectives, evoke emotions, and influence others to better themselves and the world around them. She’s particularly motivated to work on stories of homelessness, LGBTQ, and indigenous communities.


Matt Sengbusch

Graphic Designer/Chief Creative

Matt is a maker and creative problem solver. Since studying Design and Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvannia, he has helped many organizations meet their creative needs. You might find him VJing at "I Heart the 90s," 4th Friday's at Madrone Art Bar, or else he's probably in his apartment soldering something. Jonathan Clark

Aerial Videographer/Photographer/Chief Creative

Jonathan has lived and worked across four continents while working as a cinematographer on feature film, documentaries, music videos, and corporate videos for major tech clients. His images have been published in National Geographic, National Geographic Traveler, Lonely Planet Publications, Communication Arts, and PDN. Alex specializes in brand video and loves helping companies tell their stories through visuals. Previously, Alex has worked at Nu Boyana, the European arm of one of the longest-running independent film companies in Hollywood, Millennium Films. Gary Dworetsky

Composer/Chief Creative

Gary's music has been heard in films, video games, TV shows, and concert halls around the world. He's worked on diverse film projects such as Fast & Furious 6Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, Evergreen, and Transformers: The Last Knight. He has worked closely with composers Hans Zimmer, Steve Jablonsky, and Lorne Balfe, composing for video games including Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington, Beyond: Two Souls (BAFTA nominated), the Skylanders franchise, and Bless.
